Three Red Lines

1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Zero Tolerance

Characters depicted as minors (under 18) must never be placed in exploitative, romantic, or otherwise age-inappropriate contexts. Family-safe adventure or storytelling contexts are permitted.

• Violation → immediate content removal + account warning
• Repeat violation → permanent account suspension

2. Real-World Violence Planning

Using Dusk AI to plan, coordinate, or facilitate real-world violence against real people is prohibited. Fictional violence, horror, and dark storytelling are welcome.

3. Real-World Self-Harm Planning

Using Dusk AI to plan imminent self-harm is prohibited. Discussing mental health, venting, and fictional scenarios involving these themes are not violations.

Restricted Content and Safety Controls

Some features and content categories may be limited by age, region, platform policy, or trust-and-safety review. We may restrict or remove public-facing content that creates safety, compliance, or review risk.

Reporting

If you encounter content that violates these policies, use the report button on any character card. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Enforcement

• Critical violations (CSAM): Warning on first offense, account lock on second
• Standard violations: Recorded → Warning → Account lock
